How to Request a Campus Visit

We value opportunities to engage with universities, government agencies, industry partners, nonprofit organizations, and other institutions from around the world. International visits play an important role in fostering collaboration, advancing research and education, and strengthening global partnerships. To initiate the review process, please complete this form with as much detail as possible. Submission of this form initiates a review process and does not constitute confirmation of a campus visit.

• Please submit your request at least 4–6 weeks prior to the proposed visit. 
• While we strive to accommodate visitors from around the world, we cannot guarantee interpretation or translation services.  
• Meetings with university leadership are scheduled based on availability and institutional priorities. 
• Visits may be modified or declined due to scheduling, compliance, or operational considerations. 
• Again, submission of this form does not guarantee that a visit can be accommodated.
